Flight Operations - day to day planning of aircraft usage, routes and pilot allocation.- liaising with the engineering department regarding maintenance requirements and aircraft usage.- liaising with the Chief Pilot regarding training requirements and charters.Flight Operations Administration - Responsibility for collecting, uploading and monitoring of crew recency items including licences, ASICs, DG & CRM certificates etc- Coordinating required crew training in partnership with the Chief Pilot and Chief Engineer- Conducting regular audits of crew recency items to ensure CASA compliance.- Collation of new pilot training packs including list of CASA recency requirements and company checklists- Administration of Company Operations Manuals - making regular changes in accordance with the Seair Change Management System to comply with Regulation updates or internal company changes. I also worked in conjunction with the Chief pilot on recent significant changes to flight regulations to establish new flight operations manuals. Safety Management - Assisted in the establishment of Seair's current Safety Management System and Manual in line with CASA requirements.- I am the company Safety Manager responsible for conducting company safety inductions; scheduling, coordinating and hosting regular safety meetings; DAMP manager, responsible for monitoring DAMP training recency and completing inductions.Quality Management - established the current Quality Management System at Seair, including a new Change Management System.- developed an auditing program covering all areas of the company, conducting of yearly audits

Meeting and questioning international passengers to determine risk levels and inspection requirements or passengers goods; Inspecting luggage and personal items of international passengers to check for exotic pests, weeds and diseases; Providing information and advice on quarantine matters to international travellers; Issuing warning notices and fines to non-compliant passengers; meeting international aircraft on arrival to issue clearance for disembarkation of passengers and cargo.
