Paze (former Packair) is a circular economy startup that will offer the first inflatable reusable packaging solution for online retailers to save packaging waste and CO2 in the e-commerce sector. As the co-founder of Packair, I was responsible for various departments, such as management, finance, business development, communication, CSR, HR, IT, Legal. This required a broad skillset. Some of my tasks were: - The creation of the business plan incl. financial plan, market and competitor analysis- Creation of pitch decks and applications for start-up competitions and funding programmes- Securing of funding for 2 years, budget management- Planning of KPIs, Distribution of tasks, time management, coordination of appointments for the team- Intensive communication with different stakeholders, such as customers, partners and suppliers- Representation of the start-up at pitch events, trade fairs, social media, PR- Building of internal company structures (recruiting process, PM tools, communication tools)- Life cycle assessment calculations

em-faktor is a communication agency specialized on social-profit projects and clients (public institutions, NGOs, etc.) - only working for the good guys made me very happy! :) I developed communication concepts and managed the realisation of media products such as video tutorials, podcasts, ads, print-brochures, forms or corporate design manuals. As a project manager I organised the teamwork between the different specialists involved in my projects and made sure that everything was in line with the strategy, budget and schedule of my clients.

Stadtwerke Stuttgart is a green power supplier that offers the rental of electric scooters called "stella", which are available as a sharing service in Stuttgart. The sharing model is an important piece of the urban energy transition in Stuttgart, as the e-scooter fleet operates with 100% green electricity and is therefore emission-free. In this role it is my responsibility to make sure that the fleet of more than 200 e-scooters, the stella-app and the payment system runs smoothly so that the customers can focus on enjoying the ride.

As an intern in the Global Masterbrand Team of Knorr I was supporting or leading various projects around the upcoming relaunch of the brand in 2019. Examples are the creation of recipe content and content for the "Knorr Future 50 Foods", setting up a newsletter for the Knorr Brand Community, supporting the creation of E-Commerce guidelines. I also did research and organised a workshop to help steer the strategic direction of the communication around sustainability for Knorr.

As a digital marketing intern some of my responsibilities were to stay in touch with international Walter Knoll dealers in order to update the website, company presentations and newsletter settings.

While I was writing my bachelor thesis with the topic "The development of christmas commercials in Germany" I was working as a part-time project manager. Besides various other tasks there, I supported project and account managers in competition research, briefing the creatives or communicating with the client.

In this internship I was supporting the project managers responsible for the client service. I was preparing presentations, documents, materials or data for the client. In addition I coordinated small projects with the creatives and the postproduction team, e.g. we prepared a new version of an internal spot for our client Schwarzkopf Professional.

Flic En Flac, Mauritius

Youth SCEAL is a social project which aims to inform students in Mauritius about their career opportunities after school. The project is executed by international students who join the project for two months. My task during these two months was to develop and design informational marketing materials for a survey performed in schools.

Wicked Travel is an australian travel agency specialised on backpackers. I worked in different stores in Byron Bay and Cairns as a sales consultant, so I was actively selling trips like boat cruises, skydives or Island trips to people travelling the east coast of Australia.

G Brothers Mercedes Benz Sales & Service is a Mercedes Benz dealer and a service center. Here I was managing incoming calls from customers, I prepared marketing materials, dealt with clients and I helped organising the fair stand for the Australian International Motor Show in Sydney.
