-Answer incoming calls and inquiries from Chamber members and the public, providing information and assistance as needed.-Assist in creating advertisements and promotional materials for Chamber events, programs, and member businesses.-Support the planning and execution of Chamber events, including logistics coordination, attendee registration, and on-site assistance.-Utilize Excel and other tools to organize data, create reports, and maintain databases related to membership and events.-File and organize documents, ensuring that records are accurately maintained and easily accessible.-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.-Collaborate with the Executive Director, Assistant Director, and other team members to complete tasks and projects efficiently.-Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors.

-Enforce university and residence hall rules and regulations-Remain available to residents while on-call-Assist in supervising residents and responding to complaints, reports, requests, and emergencies-Submit reports on infractions, violations, and safety issues-Promote and make residence hall events

-Serve as a peer educator and role model within Indiana State University. This includesdisplaying sensitivity to different cultures and an awareness of multiculturalism; encouraging acommitment to academic success; and exemplifying ISU spirit and pride.-A reliable resource. -Produce news programming including (but not limited to) This Week at ISU and ISU news updates in cooperation with the news director.- Assist in recruiting and training student workers who can gather information, write news stories, create news packages, and produce a regularly scheduled newscast.- Serve as an on-air news anchor and host when necessary.- Attend all meetings, studio productions, and organizational events

I develop and create programming and video production in consultation with the content producer. I make sure all productions are completed, posted on social media, and placed on campus cable, organizational displays, and the organization’s website promptly.
