AR Credit Manager (Project Acct Asst.), oversee daily tasks of AR Department (Prelims, Releases, Bank Deposit & Cash Application, Collections, Invoice Issues/reconciliation of accounts), cash sales, credit approvals, invoice approval, customer service calls/emails, Prelim & Release review, Private Works/Developers and Public Works Collections and invoice reconciliations and accounting, and Manage AR Department employees. Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist, Full Charge A/P, General Ledger, Subcontractor Account Reconcilliation/Management, Utility Accounts, and Oil Accounts. Subcontract Accounts, Work directly with the controller and project managers. Reconcile Sub-Contractors accounts. Multiple office functions, computer skills (Excel, Word, Explorer, Outlook, Email and many others). Assist subcontractors with questions via phone or email. Work directly with the A/R dept regarding payments. City/Developer collection calls, payment reconciliations and collection of releases for AR payments.
