Ever since I was a young girl I found the psychology of marketing incredibly interesting. As a Girl Scout, I would sell Girl Scout cookies at the grocery store and by going from house to house. I would run up to prospective customers and convince them that they just couldn't walk away from these cookies. From this experience, I was able to learn about how consumers think and the way to market a product. In my college courses, I have learned in-depth aspects of the marketing world and have only grown a stronger love and appreciation for the business. In these classes, I have been given the opportunity to create my own ad campaign, create a marketing pitch for a fictional product, and be able to work alongside other like-minded individuals pursuing the same career. I am excited to learn more about the world of marketing in the real world and be able to apply my knowledge from the classroom to projects I work on.I am currently a full-time student at Monmouth University studying business with a concentration in marketing and management. I was a Girl Scout for 10+ years. I have experience working as a hostess at Rod's Olde Irish Tavern, as a dining room busser at Rellas Italian Tavern, and as a babysitter for various clients. I am also a member of the Iota Theta Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Monmouth University.
