I provide managerial and clinical oversight to a team of licensed and associate mental health therapists. I provide individual, parent-child, couples and family therapy.

I provide individual and group clinical supervision to associate therapists as well as regular consultation to licensed therapists working within mental health programs (Adult, Family and Children, LGBTQ+ Transitional Aged Youth).

I provided managerial oversight and clinical supervision to 8-10 therapists working within our Family and Children Program and Transitional Aged Youth- LGBTQ+ Program. I monitored and ensured compliance with program contracts through outcome tracking and regular meetings with Santa Clara County Contract Monitors.

I coordinated our Mental Health Traineeship Program which included managerial oversight fortherapists in practicum, reviewing all Medi-Cal documentation, recruiting and hiring incoming therapists in practicum, and providing consultation and training to therapists in practicum and full-time staff.

I served as a lead clinician, providing clinic and community-based individual therapy, family therapy, case management and collateral services to child and adult clients while also mentoring and training fellow therapists.
