I advise on technology and IP related issues across a wide range of commercial contracts, including software development, website and app development, IT outsourcing, IP licensing and FinTech. I work with both the public and private sectors, and have significant experience working on large scale outsourcing projects, in particular on projects of critical national importance. I have advised on a number of M&A deals where there have been key IP and IT asset groups. I have a good understanding of working client side, having spent several years on secondments to high profile technology industry clients in both the public and private sector. I am committed to pro bono and CSR, co-sponsoring Dentons' UKIME Pro Bono & Communities Committee.
