Helping to create awareness about mental illness in a positive manner in order to encourage students to talk about any problems they may be facing. Holding a number of events the company is a small organisation with their only finding being from Sheffield Hallam University. My role is to liaise with the University staff in charge of our finances, negotiate budgets and decide how the business will share its funds for all of the events. This also includes looking after the money made fundraising.

Interacting with customers, Training new members of staff, Supervision of children's soft play area, Handling money, Dealing with potential problems, Work towards goals within time frames and help out at any other parts of the company when needed.
