Through my experience as a summer student in the department of pediatrics section of neonatology, my research lab focused on the role platelets play in pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular remodeling, more specifically the role of the complement system. My role within this lab was to complete the immunochemistry staining to assess vascular remodeling in complement knockout mice.

- Trained new employees for my various roles- Greet and welcome guest to ensure a positive first impression - Problem solve guests complaints and special requests with efficiency - Serve as contact point for guest inquiries, providing accurate and reliable information and addressing any concerns- Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements - Work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation, check orders for accuracy and completeness before delivery, and address any special requests*Note: This is a seasonal job (summers and breaks from school) that has been going on since August of 2020
