Hello I’m Sarah, I’m mad about Pilates and sharing it with as many people as possible.After 10 years spent in (tech) marketing and PR in London I moved back to the Midlands.In 2009 I joined EQ Pilates to help manage the studio, set up by my Mum in 2001.A year later I began my training with Body Control Pilates to become a level 3 Pilates Instructor. In 2016 I joined EQ as an equal partner. 2022 I completed a 9-month Classical Pilates mentorship with 2nd generation Pilates teacher Lesley Logan. Our passion at EQ is to enhance peoples’ lives through movement and exercise.
