I absolutely love working in customer service! There isn't anything more rewarding to me than being able to help a customer with whatever they needed help with. I always have an upbeat & positive attitude that I get a great deal of compliments from customers. At both my present & past remote job I have consistently been at the top of my entire team's, which ranges from 30 to 60 per team, metrics. I am definitely a people pleaser, which I think makes me better at my jobs, as I want to always make sure that the customer is happy & satisfied.
