I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years. Along the way I have completed courses and upskilled to suit me in my business. As I transitioned to mum life, I had to tweak a few things in my training. I realised that there was a gap in education and guidance in our industry when it come to women's health. This is what sparked my interest in women's health seeming this would not only help me, but the women I worked with too.
