Also working with Dutch counsel to obtain, vary and defend attachment orders in support of the arbitration.- Acting for a Russian indidvidual in a shareholder dispute relating to a commercial complex in Moscow in the London Court of International Arbitration.- Project managing a series of disputes in various jurisdictions for a leading media rights company arising out of broadcast rights in Slovakia.- Developing cross-practice business development initiatives aimed at clients within the International Trade sector.
