My role at Binah was a stand alone Human Resource role, encapsulating the whole employee life cycle, as well as long term strategy and policy development. During my time I was able to acheive: - A reduction of 75% of recruitment costs through a targeted recruitment strategy, aimed at building the team with the right people at the right time. - The identification, integration, and deployment of a HRIS that allows employee ownership of their training and performance management. - The development and roll-out of a specific performance management program for construction site staff to ensure awareness of competencies and allow for ongoing growth and development of staff.

Responsible for the day to day management and operations of a mid scale engineering and telecommunications consulting company, including, but not limited to: - resource management - invoicing and finance requirements- business planning- contract management - development and maintenance of the internal quality assurance system

Coordinating the development and rollout of a Knowledge Toolkit, facilitating Succession Planning for retiring engineers, and developing competencies for Engineers.

Responsible for the coordination of the Engineering Intern/Cadet/Scholar and Graduate Program at RailCorp. This involved managing rotations, staff development and aligning engineering competencies to those set by Engineers Australia requirements.
