Legal research in support of the Commission's Inquiry into Justice Responses to Sexual Violence.

In this client-facing role, I provided legal services with respect to tenancy matters and disputes, ultimately case-managing 7 tenancy disputes to resolution prior to or at VCAT. I utilised precedents to draft formal legal letters, file notes, and emails to clients. I communicated clearly and empathetically with clients by phone and email.

As the Head of one of the College's largest department and supervisor to 19 teaching staff, I was responsible for:- managing relationships with stakeholders including students, parents, educators, senior executives, student services, quality assurance bodies, and partner institutions;- curriculum development and statutory compliance;- staff recruitment, professional development, and performance management;- all departmental administration, including budget management.

On two occasions in 2013 and 2016, I developed and delivered a university-level unit of study for students enrolled in the Clemente Fitzroy supported tertiary program. My students were people experiencing significant disadvantage. I adapted teaching methods and provided substantial support to meet student learning needs.
