I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over twenty years human resources experience within various sectors. My strength is the ability to implement strategic & creative solutions that add value to a business and an individual. I build great relationships with clients and deliver projects on time and within budget. Clients as a consultant include AstraZeneca, RBS, Accenture, PepsiCo, Anglo American, Kroll, Somerset County Council , Betfair, NHS, Barclays, Southeastern Railway, Swiss Re Westfield, Sony, National Grid, Civil Service and the British Council. The projects have been varied and include: developing talent management processes, developing career pathways, HR effectiveness projects, career development workshops and coaching, developing Leadership Frameworks, designing and running assessment assignments(including 360) and one to one coaching. I have a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. I am also a qualified career counselor and executive coach and am level A and B qualified and use MBTI, WAVE, NEO, FIROB, OPQ, EQi and Hogan with clients.
