I am an agency veteran, with extensive experience in Operations, Project Management, Team Development, Media Strategy, and Research. In addition, I’m an efficiency expert who creates strategies for cost savings and marketing ROI, while ensuring agency and client success. Those giant process improvement projects that make others run away? Those are my sweet spot!At Walz Tetrick Advertising, I utilized my deep knowledge to lead and implement process improvement for scalable growth. My special initiatives included co-leading the creation of our agency Core Process, upgrading project management/financial software, and creating targeted media processes for cost and time savings. I’m a proven leader with strong decision-making skills, resulting in the CEO asking me to spearhead the onboarding and implementation of a new employee evaluation and satisfaction software process. Team mentoring and development are lead values for me, and I have an innate understanding of how to lead employees and teams to be successful. I’m proud of my ability to navigate and create positive change while leading by example and mutual respect. Because I also thrive on problem solving and continuous learning, I enjoy being involved in the work and translating complex ideas into understandable and actionable steps. Earlier in my career, as the managing principal at Ruth Burke & Associates, I led research, training, and implementation of agency financial, project management and media planning/buying systems. My long-terms contributions to the success of this media agency helped lead to an acquisition and merger with Walz Tetrick Advertising.I’m known as someone who makes a difference in the organizations I’m involved with and the careers of others. And I’m also known as fun-loving and enthusiastic in all my pursuits. In my free time I enjoy reading and have led a book club for 15 years. My other joys include cooking and entertaining friends and family.
