Sarah joined @properties in May of 2009. After purchasing her first property, her longtime interest in real estate led her to start a full time career in the real estate world. Sarah has been selling real estate since January 2007.Sarah was born and raised in the city of Chicago. She grew up in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and her family moved to the Graceland West (Ravenswood) area when she was a child. Sarah is intimately familiar with all of Chicago's north and west side neighborhoods, and knows everything from the school systems to public transportation and certainly all the great places to eat (and there are a lot of them!). Sarah is a graduate of CPS' Bell School and St. Ignatius College Prep. She also attended Lincoln Park Co-op for pre-school and The Latin School for a year. After high school, Sarah attended the University of Michigan (go blue!) in Ann Arbor. Sarah's passion for renovations and rehabs helps her educate her clients throughout the buying and selling process. From plumbing to a kitchen remodel to digging out a basement, Sarah can help buyers and sellers ask the right questions to get the answers they need when making a real estate decision.In 2012, she started the Sarah Maxwell Group, a division of @properties to help increase the support for her buyers and sellers. The Sarah Maxwell Group makes sure buyers and sellers are supported with answers when needed and that someone is always available to show a property.The absolute most satisfying part of real estate sales for Sarah is working with people; helping buyers find a home that they love, and helping sellers successfully and seamlessly move on to the next phase of their life.
