I work with their home performance production team, responsible for conducting home energy audits and installing energy efficiency home upgrades to both residential and commercial properties. EDGE Energy has been voted the Home Performance with Energy Star contractor of the year for three years runnings. I work full-time remotely from my home in Charlotte, NC. My responsibilities include scheduling crews and confirming appointments with customers, tracking ongoing projects, answering the EDGE Energy main phone line and relaying calls as necessary. Other responsibilities include lead calling, acquiring reviews and referrals, and general customer support.
