My name is Sarah Mills.l have over 22 years experience in the children's services industry where l have had the amazing opportunity to partake in various roles and positions. I have worked as a childcare and Kindergarten assistant. I have co-ordinated a sessional 3 year old kinder group. I have worked as a qualified Childcare educator, and as a team leader. I have had roles in leadership and management and l now have the incredible opportunity to put all of my Knowledge,experience and passion into practice and pass it on to others after completing my TAE in Training and Assessment. For the past 20 months l have been educating adult learners in preparation to join the Children's services industry.I train the Certificate iii and the Diploma of children's services. I have found this to be extremely rewarding and l hope that my own passion,knowledge and experience will be demonstrated and role modeled onto my students where they can develop a love and passion for this Industry and will be exceptional childcare educators,demonstrating good practice with excellent quality standards
