At CrackerJack, I am an assistant to a recruitment agent. This means that I am involved in both recruitment and placement of individuals into new positions. As an assistant my responsibilities are to help find potential candidates and to engage with them. I am also responsible for all contact with candidates that with regards to gathering their information and keeping them updated.
