My responsibilities as an Account Manager included retaining current customers. In order to keep customers from cancelling their accounts I would use discovery questions to find out why they were cancelling. This process would help me understand how to better fit the customer’s needs. My goal was to always leave the customer feeling safe and secure as an ADT customer.

During this time in this position I was responsible for assigning news stories to my staff, checking their material, and organizing the layout of the newspaper. One of more important responsibilities was to conduct onboarding and training of new staff members through orientation and guidance. I was also responsible for bringing in new clients for advertising and handling all billing for marketing.
