Defined the rules under which the tenancy management service operated, ensuring new processes were compliant with legislation and regulations and provided a description of services to staff and customers in a ‘playbook’. Designed and specified requirements for the onboarding and tenancy management features within the new online customer service, including testing and signing off functionality, to ensure it met the needs of both customers and the business.

Held responsibility for delivering community focused regeneration projects across Greater Manchester, delivering Community Plans with budgets totalling £170k. Key responsibilities included leadership of a regional team of Community Project Officers and Employment and Skills Officers, working alongside residents and stakeholders to agree priorities and deliver projects to bring about quality of life improvements, securing external funding, commissioning goods and services as well as awarding grant funding to providers and using the HACT Community Insight and Value Insight tools. Held Group responsibility for delivering the Young Persons Strategy and for Digital Inclusion and introduced a Group wide Young Persons Bursary scheme which provided financial support to remove barriers to employment and training. Led the Group wide team through transformation in the creation of the new Community Project team.
