I have just completed a web-development bootcamp with Technigo to build up my front-end and full stack web-dev skills. Through the bootcamp I've had experience with JavaScript ES6, React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, React Native, Mongo DB, HTML, CSS, Styled-components. We work using an agile development philosophy and we have worked on individual projects as well as gaining experience with pair and mob-programming. Before this I studied Python independently which gave me a good grounding in the fundamental concepts in programming.Before I made the decision to change career, I worked both in the banking sector and in child protection within the education sector. I'm good with numbers and have an analytical mind, but I also love the challenges that come from navigating complex relationships. I have qualifications in counselling and teaching in adult education, and I studied Linguistics at University.English is my first language and I have also studied Swedish since relocating to Stockholm in 2018.
