• Preparing & reviewing invoices for suppliers after reviewing PO and all approvals (P2P).• Process trade vendor invoices and service provider invoices for travel /freight/customs duty/insurance/inventory by entering them into SAP system.• Make Monthly / Periodic reconciliation of Vendor Accounts against SAP Distribution accounts, immediately notifying any variances to the vendor and SAP management for corrective action.• Preparing & reviewing accruals & amortization every month.• Preparing quarterly WHT report and paying for tax authority.• Preparing & reviewing transfers for suppliers.• Preparing & reviewing paying checks with banks.• Preparing & reviewing monthly Petty Cash.• Preparing monthly analysis for advances paid to suppliers.• Periodical balance confirmations and verifies from major suppliers with their ending balances quarterly. • Preparing and deduct withholding taxes from all vendor's invoices.

Time Deposits/Certificate Deposit issuance, modifications & redemption for retail and corporate customers.• Collateral issuance / releasing for retail and corporate customers.• Garnishments, legal, assets liens to be full placed.• Proceeding the received HR operation transactions related to medical claims, deductions, end of service, re-classing...etc.• Updating the FTP and insure to match any rate modification the maximum rate after obtaining the required approvals.• Handling staff deposits and insure updating their rates upon renewals.• Monitoring & Follow up instructions received from the branches on daily basis.• Execution of Block and Lien Requests and their maintenances as collaterals for Credit Facilities and Legal reasons.
