I am a Ball State University Honors undergraduate student currently pursing a double major in journalism, news writing and reporting, and political science, international relations, with a minor in French. I speak two languages (English and French), I am an award-winning scholarship student, and I have spent a semester abroad, with plans to continue my studies overseas in grad school. To understand this drive and my plans for the future, one must know a little of my past — academia has been at the forefront of my life since I was young, as I come from a long line of scholars and teachers alike. As a result, determination, hard work, and intelligence are in my blood, and I believe deeply in the power of teamwork and clear lines of communication.
