As the Senior Director of Operations, I oversee the entire Minnesota market and leadership team. Responsibilities include leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. Duties also include, setting and achieving performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, staffing, training, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, preparing operations and financial reports, and all other operational standards. As the Senior Director of Leadership Development my priority is to lead and direct the creation and implementation of leadership development strategies and programs, that align with strategic business imperatives, and develop management capabilities throughout the operation. Duties also include aligning training, coaching, professional development and experiential assignments to the leadership development strategy, creating and presenting training seminars and classes, and following up on individual growth of all members of the leadership team.

Created and delivered leadership training for both Corporate and Franchise team members. Responsible for the vision, training leadership development and coaching for company wide, future leaders getting ready to start their journey in Management. This also included, designing and implementing a weeklong training seminar for up to 20 future leaders that was held up to 6 times a year. This was referred to as the Manager in Training program. For these trainings, I was expected to do the developing, formatting, implementing, and oversee learning materials for on-boarding, training workshops, monthly employee meetings, and monthly leadership meetings.

Multi-unit manager overseeing 11-15 locations, indirectly managing 300-400 team members. Focused on building a result oriented, collaborative team that improved profitability, service revenue, and internal service metrics. The District Manager has the primary responsibility to ensure organizational standards are met or exceeded to ensure the highest quality client and employee experience. The District Manager also serves as the primary liaison between the field and the Home Office.

Management and development of 25-35 direct reports. Created a performance management environment with regular employee reviews, introduction of 360-degree feedback, personal development plans, employee recruiting, and conducting monthly shop meetings.
