This portion of the project has zero safety incidents, zero delays, and was at budget at the close of the project.Composed various project proposals, including project specifications, cost estimates and schedules.Led onsite trials at both the company facilities and international vendor facilities (Belgium, Denmark).Managed and prepared invoices for projects ranging from $550K to $4M.Managed facility operators, supervisors, quality personnel, contractors and design vendors to achieve a successful start up and final product.Qualified competitive subcontractor bids prior to execution of contracts. Also qualified potential new vendors prior to sending RFQ's.
