Forward thinking were a division of St Ives Group providing a range of value added marketing and business consultancy solutions within print, retail and direct marketing sectors to blue chip clients. I led a sub team focusing on print and retail marketing services designed to identify issues and opportunities using analytical and observational methods within the retail environment. Working closely with my clients I was able to reduce print spend and improve POS effectiveness, as well as developing and implementing IT solutions to maximise data, reduce costs and streamline processes within the print production supply chain.
