Maintaining and running the helpdesk, being a welcoming point of contact for customers in the store and on the telephone.Organising collections and deliveries at convenient times for the customer and for those donating, ensuring optimum use of delivery van/drivers.Completing purchases and all related paperwork accurately, taking pride in the smooth running of the administration process.Assisting with stock generation and making sure all stock is correctly labelled and priced.Working well as part of a team, promoting the products and the Charity.
