Recruiting skilled to middle management FMCG roles across the East Midlands within the Engineering & Manufacturing discipline.

Twinwoods Adventure is an indoor activity centre offering a wide range of exciting activities. I was responsible for co-ordinating the large group and corporate bookings, offering bespoke packages tailored to the customers' requirements.The role also involved acting as a member of the management team, dealing with everyday enquiries and complaints as well as many other operational duties.

Working within the Sales and Marketing department, this role involved coordinating all Quality, Commercial/Contractual, Delivery and Technical requirements for our strategic accounts, to maximise our positive impact on their facility. I was also responsible for implementing the marketing plan for the site which included creating product group brochures, generating PR articles and exhibiting at the SUBCON event at the NEC.

A secondment to the Seals & Bearings business in Luxembourg, I assisted with the restructure of the Sales Organisation to ensure a more comprehensive level of customer service for the existing customer base, and was responsible for optimising the “Share of Wallet” market analysis tool.I also worked closely with the Exec team to help prepare information for business review meetings, realise business development opportunities and coordinate exhibitions.

After successfully obtaining a place on the award winning Graduate Leadership Programme (GLP), I joined the Technical Ceramics site in Corby producing ceramic cores for the investment casting industry (predominantly for aerospace and industrial gas turbines), as well as foundry hardware and ceramic components for medical applications.During my time in the technical department, I conducted a series of continuous improvement projects related to the testing and development of materials.
