Human services leader with 10+ years of experience serving the diverse population of NewMexico. I have experience in both state government and non-profits in health and humanservices fields in a number of capacities to include leadership, case management, caseinvestigations and eligibility determination. I am well versed in working to assist low income,diverse and vulnerable populations in any capacity needed. Additionally, I bring over 30 years ofexperience in hospitality, performing in high-volume, fast paced Customer Service andManagerial roles.I am highly adept in assessing the work of team members and determining which areas knowledge gaps may be apparent through ongoing self-assessment, to uncover areas in which additional training may be needed. Once these gaps are identified, I can work one on one or in small teams or groups to ensure all team members are comfortable with the material and confident in their abilities to perform their job requirements.I enjoy helping other human beings, live the best life possible and being available to use my experience to assist others. I am currently interested in continuing my service to my fellow humams, in any capacity needed, so we can all live our best and most productive lives possible.
