  Working for the National Non-profit that houses the office for the Area II Inside Electrical Program, I managed all aspects of the program. All Apprentices in the State of Oregon are required to be licensed and indentured in a registered program. I grew the program from 114 to 201 apprentices and from 40 to 95 approved electrical training shops. My duties included data entry, maintenance of all records, state licensing, administrator to the Joint Apprentice Training Committee including agendas, minutes, spreadsheets, support to the Executive Director, career counselor, life skills coach, and motivational therapist. I developed relationships with state officials, business owners, educators, volunteers, journeymen at a local and national level and those in training in the program where there was none.
