At Kelly, my focus is on hiring qualified substitute teachers and paraprofessionals for the schools in our community which we service. Currently responsible for providing best-in-class service to Kelly Educational Staffing customers and substitute employees. I recruit, screen, hire, train, conduct orientations, resolve problems, and manage employee relations issues. In my role I continually strive to meet and exceed service delivery goals and customer expectations. I provide Human Resource related services and continue to build relationships with our potential and current customers as well with our community. Having a strong customer focus, being team oriented, detail-oriented, and technical proficient is all part of my daily contribution to Kelly Educational Staffing.
