Developed a streamlined supplier rationalization process to be shared across Global and Regional Commodity Managers to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and improve the value of goods to Dell. Created road map for RPA and API implementation into IP's current supplier rationalization process. Implemented the new process into a PowerBI dashboard I created, which helped rationalize more than 300 suppliers. Created supplier scorecards and pre-qualification metrics to evaluate construction-related supplier performance for new suppliers to drive strategic sourcing decisions

SNAC- Use public relations, events and social media to help grow awareness, recruit new members and increase readership. Reach out to other on-campus organizations and local businesses for partnership and event sponsorship opportunities and contribute to the chapter's Instagram and Twitter accounts, to drive online traffic, promote events and help to organize social media campaigns. Coordinated the Studyhub Event in collaboration with Grubhub and Spoon University in Spring and Fall 2017 at ASU in which over 500 students attended and participated. Create and distribute fun and engaging Slack content to over 3,600 Spoon Members. Moderate Slack Channels by answering questions, offering support, and directing member to resources providing me with increased networking and project management skills. Serve as a sounding board for Spoon University HQ.
