My role within IBM involves working with the first line sales manager on weekly sales forecasting and opportunity management as part of the management system.I prepare managers for reviews and help management prepare forecasts using a range of standard and bespoke tools. I also ensure completion of regular planning and tracking processes and the organization of logistics for team events.

I was employed as an Enrolment Clerk, this involved providing students with assistance and guidance regarding courses available at the college. This job required me to have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
