During this time the company also run an IPO and became a public listed company. I worked closely with the CFO's EA, Programme Manager, Investor Relations Manager and Public Relations Manager and Legal Departments. I liaised with the Project Manager, Investor Manager and financial institutions to arrange the busy schedule with prospective investors. I recruited an EA to take over the role permanently. Having worked with the CEO and Chairman for 5 years previously at Cath Kidston, I was well placed to find them a suitable candidate.
