This has been significant in linking the learnings of the Kerry Group Marketing Change Programme to behavioural changes, driving the shift from a commercially-led business to a consumer-led business.- Led the creation and implementation of the Innovation Strategies for Richmond and Walls, two of the business’ leading brands. Two of these projects are in the final stages of development for launch to market in October 2010.- Developed and delivered a series of Creativity Workshops across the Kerry Group, whose aim was to arm brand teams with the tools needed for new idea generation across all aspects of the brand mix. Following the success of the initial workshops, demand has led to a further two courses being planned for 2010.

One of the variants in the range has gone on to be No. 2 in the ‘Comfort’ portfolio in the UK, with a 5% market share. - Prepared an agency briefing session that utilised a wide range of visual and sensorial stimuli to capture the essence of the target consumer. This was praised by several of the agencies involved as the best creative briefing they had ever attended and led to the development of the highest scoring TV Ad ever in Preview for ‘Comfort’.- Created updated packaging for the re-launch of the ‘Comfort’ concentrate range, with overall responsibility for artwork design and development of shelf-ready packaging. Ensured that key brand values and the latest shopper insight learnings were incorporated in the final executions.- Led the successful implementation of a project that increased profit margin via the reformulation of a Comfort variant. Convinced stakeholders in local countries and legal function of the feasibility of an approach aimed at minimising external visibility. Managed PR and legal risk by preparing documentation to support claims and justify the premium price.- Created a migration plan for the de-listing of a Comfort variant that minimised the risk to the €5M revenue attributed to the variant. Successfully sold this plan to the two most effected countries (UK and Portugal). Implementation of the plan resulted in less than 1% loss of revenue, significantly lower than the 5% target.

Unusually, both marketing and technical teams were involved in order to link the centres of innovation with the inspiration.- Presented the findings from the +45 consumer work to the Dove Global Masterbrand Team contributing to the inception of the ‘ProAge’ campaign.- Led the design process for a new variant, successfully meeting the ambitious fast track network for the project enabling the Masterbrand launch window to be preserved.- Analysed and reported on the ongoing performance of Dove Deodorant and the launch of the ‘Silk Dry’ variant highlighting areas for improvement and promoting sharing of best practice. The learnings were taken on board in the implementation of the roll out across Europe.
