Becoming a writer has happened naturally; I’ve been taking notes all my life. I compose essays, short stories, poetry, creative nonfiction, fiction, and memoir. My essays and profile articles are featured in a wide variety of publications: Outside Bozeman Magazine, WV Living, Morgantown Living Magazine, and Heartwood Literary.My memoir "As a Result” highlights my recovery from alcoholism, a restored marriage, and overcoming grief. The reviews are excellent.My book talks are formatted to each group, whether recovery, literary, book club or writers’ group, and luncheons. My workshops are designed to cover both memoir and self-publishing, and I’m available for presentations.
