I help tutor students 1:1 and in group settings in various STEM courses (anatomy, physiology, biology). I am a resource to help guide those students to success. I am responsible for lesson planning content that is supplemental to the course, being responsive to students' needs, and providing support beyond the course. I also attend professional development seminars to continuously improve and evolve my tutoring strategies.

I host weekly 2 hour study sessions for students currently enrolled in physiology. In addition to these sessions, I attend a weekly meeting with the physiology professors to ensure I have the tools to facilitate an inclusive and productive discussion.

I am responsible for answering phone inquiries, patient scheduling, and patient billing. I also deep clean the facility and ensure all equipment and tools are organized, stocked, and ready for the physical therapist to use.

I shadow and observe Dr. Jared Hutterer. This involves actively listening and attentively watching to expand my knowledge regarding physical therapy. It also helps build communication skills as I get to interact with patients as I shadow. With Paramount Sun Prairie being new, I get the opportunity to watch the business grow and learn about what it is like to be a medical provider running their own clinic.

I was responsible for creating the daily activities that were either educational or improved motor skills. All activities were centered around weekly themes that I also created. I assisted campers through activities and tasks while maintaining that campers with a diverse set of needs and skills are happy, engaged, and learning. I had to implement Applied Behavior Analysis training and relaxation techniques during times where campers are overstimulated or upset. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness during caregiver duties as well as food & drink preparation.

During my year long term, I attended monthly meetings to discuss outreach programs and plan events coming up. I was very involved with helping conduct and plan interviews for our annual Team Week and our annual Day of Movement. Being a junior board member and younger than the majority of the board, I was brought on to help design graphics for the social media and help run the social media pages. Personally, I have emphasized implementing more interactive posts using the Instagram story feature, which has been a fun tool to learn about and a fun way to interact with the community.

I would help specifically with the acrobatic classes to ensure safety of the students. I would also collaborate with the instructor on choreography and lesson plans each week to allow class to operate smoothly and efficiently.
