Tennis91@yahoo.com | If you are looking for a Learning & Development person with a Human Resources background you have found her. I was in Human Resources my whole career until 2022 when I was asked to step into a Learning & Development role. I created a needs assessment and developed a Sharepoint just-in-time learning to address gaps. I helped develop an underwriting trainee program which graduated 20 associate underwriters. I enjoyed digging into the data to see the story being told and how we should address it. I worked with leaders to find solutions to development needs, so the business and employees would grow. As a Human Resources Business Partner, I work with leaders to develop and drive successful people strategies that deliver business results. If you are looking for someone who can build relationships, coach, and advise while enjoying data analytics and project work, I'm the person for you. I have diverse HR experience in the healthcare and financial software industries working for large organizations such as GE, Advocate Aurora, and Thomson Reuters but I can utilize my skills to work in any size organization or industry; I am flexible and work well in changing environments. My strengths include coaching and advising leaders and individuals on what is right for them and their businesses. Another strength and passion is building relationships with EVERYONE I work with, from Vice-Presidents working on business strategies to working with individuals on career development. My proudest career moment was being the lead HR person on a merger and acquisition for Thomson Reuters. I enjoyed the project work and I also enjoy diving into the data to see what the story is and communicating that effectively to leadership to make informed decisions.
