In over 9 years as a Realtor, Manager, Agent Trainer, and Transaction Coordinator, I have overseen the successful closing of 100s of sales, but have also encountered various obstacles that pop up during a listing or escrow period. I have developed an acute attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the real estate process to help me identify potential roadblocks and overcome them in advance.My background in Hospitality Management has engrained the concierge-style approach that I apply to every client. Each home purchase and listing has a unique story and is never "just a number" to me. From discovering a creative way to get a clients' offer accepted, to negotiating and handing the keys to a happy new owner at the end of a transaction, my goal is to earn your trust and become your go-to real estate advisor for a lifetime.I was raised in Huntington Beach and after attending college in San Luis Obispo, I settled back down in Huntington with my husband and our dog Hunter.
