• Coordinate and implement assigned business/marketing communications projects. Primary responsibility for organization, preparation, and implementation of marketing promotional plans and associated tactics and materials in alignment with the association’s brand and marketing objectives.• Project manager for various marketing projects• Manage and coordinate the necessary functions to ensure marketing campaigns are facilitated and completed on time and with a high degree of quality and service.• Responsible for daily and ongoing execution of marketing projects, which include tasks such as scheduling, copywriting, list development, graphic design direction, coordination with stakeholders, and clear written and verbal communication internally and externally (i.e., with vendors), as appropriate.• Execute strategic e-mail campaigns from start to finish including the design, copy optimization, and tracking/reporting.• Coordinate, implement, and monitor social media marketing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms as necessary.• Apply superior project and time management skills in order to execute multiple time-sensitive projects, most of which have organizational inter-dependencies.• With the marketing manager, develop and execute a plan to monitor, analyze, and distribute analysis of key metrics for assigned products and segments. • Coordinate website updates, copy changes, and advertisements.• Assist in marketing research and analysis.• Other duties as assigned.
