As the Marketing Manager at the acclaimed Inn and Spa at Loretto, I had the privileged torepresent one of the most iconic hotels in Santa Fe, NM. I worked directly with the DOSM andcorporate offices to rebrand the hotel including creative development, a new deviceresponsive website, and a fully integrated paid media and email marketing campaign. Iworked directly with our PR agency and press contacts to secure and execute site visitsresulting in numerous accolades including Conde Nast Traveler Best Hotels in the Southwest. Additionally, I managed the property’s online reputation management strategy resulting in aTop 5 ranking on Trip Advisor, as well as developed a unique guest activities program thatdelighted and intrigued guests to discover the area’s rich history and cultural offerings.

As an advertising account manager I oversaw the development, planning, execution andbudget of the City of Santa Fe’s $1.5M tourism campaign. This included strategic planning,creative development, media planning and buying, analysis of campaign performance,optimization and reporting. Additionally, I worked to build strong community partnerships inthe pursuit of developing city wide events through cooperative grant funding; the mostnotable of which is the annual Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown which is now in its sixthsuccessful year.

As a sales and marketing specialist I was responsible for the execution of the gallery’s emailmarketing and social media campaign, as well as the development and oversight of thecompany’s website and SEO strategy. As a leading gallery in a highly competitive market,brand recognition was crucial for meeting sales goals. Through direct marketing, social mediaand B2C relationship building I exceeded my personal sales goals, as well as contributed tothe overall growth of the gallery.
