Sarah has worked in education for the last 30 years. She has been a class teacher, a Special Education Needs Co-ordinator, Deputy Head Teacher and an Advisory Specialist Teacher for a leading Local Authority. She has over 11 years experience advising practitioners on how to support their high needs pupils/students. Her particular areas of interest and expertise are Cognition and Learning and Speech and Language Difficulties. She is a Level 7 Dyslexia Assessor, a Makaton Tutor and has been an affiliate Numicon trainer. In 2020 Sarah co-founded SEND Station, an online training company specialising in affordable SEND training that enjoys an excellent reputation for providing first class practical SEND training.
