» Proposing and working on a project on Civic Investment towards a Peaceful Election that entails the involvement of motorbike riders from violence-prone areas such as Kibera, Mathare, and Kondele in Kisumu in spreading awareness on the relevance and importance of standing for peaceful elections through reflectors branded with messages on importance of peaceful elections, as the country’s elections are to take place in less than six months.» Took part in carrying out of training on campaigns preparation of the political aspirants under the Kenya African National Union Party (KANU) from Bomet and Kericho Counties.» Supported carrying out of a workshop on training of first time women aspirants in the upcoming 2022 elections from Nakuru, Kisumu, Kiambu and Murang’a counties.» Helped in preparation of the Political Brand Development Workshop for Women Aspirants for the upcoming 2022 women aspirants, in conjuction with the Kenya Women Parliamentary Association (KEWOPA).» Assisting in carrying out of the arty messaging workshop for the Amani National Congress (ANC Party) and manifesto drafting for the Ford-Kenya Party together with the party’s secretariats.» Preparing activities’ reports.» Carrying out administrative tasks effectively as requested

» Coordinate and collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure quality services to clients.» Responding to client’s inquiries and redirecting them to the respective departments.» Arranging services for clients, for example arranging for home-based services for vaccination and collection of samples for laboratory processing.» Processing complaints and when appropriate escalating the complaints to senior team members.» Uploading client’s information into facility’s database.» Maintaining and updating the client’s database.» Supporting the marketing team by attending trade shows and industry events as required to create brand visibility.» Supporting the marketing department during clients’ events, by being available to provide information, engage clients and respond to their inquiries.» Assisting the marketing team in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attending them to facilitate their success.
