I managed a book of 100 accounts, including the largest enterprise customers through a transition from Unicorn Training to Access - this included retaining customers while moving them between legacy systems and Access solutions - re-contracting customers and up-selling and cross-selling where there was opportunity. Leading with a consultative sales process I was able to navigate difficult conversations with multiple stakeholders and although I was not able to retain 100% of customers the growth I achieved on the overall book meant I consistently hit targets. Once I had identified successful ways of working I embedded processes across the wider team including an account review structure, key data points to review and standard ways or working with the customer success and support team. I also set up projects with onboarding and implementation to ensure smooth launches for new customers. -
