In collaboration with the Producers - maintain and implement the Stakeholder Communications Strategy, formed to engage business, residential and other operational stakeholders affected by the event. Act as the frontline of all types of communications within the city to businesses and residents. Work with the producer and communications coordinator to produce and distribute relevant and appropriate information to residents and businesses and relay in a timely manner to ensure stakeholders are aware of the extent to which they are affected. Identify special stakeholder groups and specific operational contacts to receive direct communications, and ensure they receive relevant information through appropriate channels.Assist with the development of copy for, arrange the production of and develop the budget for all general communications including via letterbox drops, emails and newspaper adverts before the event in February.Manage stakeholder satisfactionManage stakeholder forums, meetings and special eventsCoordinate the Major Stakeholder briefingAssist in developing and maintaining a schedule for the publication of the Event Notification as required by the City of MelbourneIn liaison with the Communications Coordinator - contribute and ascertain material for Event guide, Event Website and any other required collateral
