Responsible for driving the CommunityWorks roadmap. The roadmap consists of solution enhancements and new solution offerings for our market. Also, responsible for building and strengthening existing internal and external relationships. Discuss and present change management to new clients during the sales process. Collaborate and present to clients during their annual relationship reviews. Assess new solutions for our market and review the technical, implementation, and cost structure and perform any negations if necessary.

I am responsible for implementing and maintaining the CommunityWorks solution roadmap. I also work with live clients to identify areas of improvement for new and existing functionality as well as consult around process improvement within their facility. I serve as a liaison by providing feedback to our IP team and partner with them to develop and release solution enhancements.

Sr. Team Lead over the Extended Care team within the CommunityWorks Organization. I am primarily responsible for the implementation and maintenance of three solutions: Rehab, Long Term Care, and Behavior Health. My responsibilities range from the growth of the associates I manage, serving as a liaison between our clients and IP, working with IP to enhance our solution offerings, domain maintenance, and maintaining strong relationships with our in process and live clients.
