My passion is being the connector and stabilizer in the middle of messy, complex situations. I love to dig deep and understand the root cause of a problem. When someone says “This makes no sense” I get a little rush of excitement because I can’t wait to dive in and find the sense in it. In my job, this can take on many forms. I help solve the compliance questions, financial questions, personal questions, tactical questions, and the “we’re not sure what bucket this falls in” questions. At home, this takes on a simpler form and means helping my husband find the “misplaced” car keys for the third time that week. In all situations, big or small, I work hard to be a trusted, go to person. I am a genuine, empathic person that thrives in creating connections and meeting new people.
